The term video bandwidth literally refers to a television monitor’s ability to refresh and represent images on the display screen.  The higher the bandwidth on the LCD the better the refresh rate and image quality offered on the LCD TV.  The more bandwidth supplied, the higher the resolution supported on the TV; this minimizes issues with noise and digital artifacts.
