The term hue is used to reference colour and the word hue, when referring to LCD TVs and monitors refers to the wavelength of colour which is dominant.  Hue suggests the dominant colour, the term luminance suggests the brightness of colours, and the term saturation describes colour intensity.  The latter three components, hue, saturation and intensity (value), are understood as the HSV model.  Hues are presented via the pixels in a screen and vary in terms of their intensity, and saturation.
